Jameco parallel printer card and Apple DMP problems

        I'm trying to get a Jameco parallel card that the company 
    says emulates a Prometheus card to print AppleWorks and Print
    Shop to an Apple DMP. The only Prometheus card on Print Shop
    is serial and doesn't work. I tried all the parallel ones in
    Print Shop to no avail. With AppleWorks I don't know what codes
    to give for a custom printer. 
        Is there a way to make Apple's Super Serial Card work?
