	AS others have suggeated the null modem cable and later versions 
of Dos would allow you to connect the 486 and Pc transporter and a switch 
box would let you use the same modem on both computers.
	You could add an old Mac to your repetoire and a Appletalk card to 
both the PC and the Imagewriter and network the lot.
