If this is like one of the rest of the CP/M boards around, all you
need to do is install it in a free slot in the GS (warning: I have one
CP/M board that's physically too big to fit in a GS; it was designed
for the slightly larger ][+ or //e case), and set that slot to 'Your
Card' from the control panel. Since you won't be using it at the same
time as other things, slot 2, 4, 5 or 7 should do fine. If you put it
in 4 or 5, remember to turn the slot back to the default function when
you want to use their functions again.

After installing the card, you should be able to just boot off the
disk. The boot stuff should take care of finding and using the card.
As to utilities, remember that CP/M was the forerunner of MS/DOG, and
has half the ease of use on a good day. (The copy program is
apparently called 'PIP'. User friendliness goes downhill from there.)
For reference, either hang around some of the older computing
newsgroups, or try a used bookstore to see about CP/M tutorials and
references.

I don't know of any places on the internet with CP/M stuff, but I've
never looked too hard. A quick yahoo check gives 3 refs, all available
from:

http://www.yahoo.com/Computers_and_Internet/Operating_Systems/CP_M/

(Just glanced thru the faq, looks like some sort of ftp sites are
available. Not sure how you'd get the programs or a telcom program to
your CP/M question, but ask on their newsgroup, comp.os.cpm)
