Focus Drive (Parsons Engineering, BillH, SteveP)

I have a Focus 40 Hard Card from Parsons Engineering (hard drive on a card
for IIe or IIgs).

Anyone have a current email or phone for Parsons Engineering, or for
Steve Parsons or Bill Heineman?  (America Online tells me BurgerBill
is not a valid address, although it still shows a user profile.)

My question is, booting straight to ProDOS 8 (rather than loading the
GS/OS Focus.Driver), can I tell the card to spin down the drive after
a specfied inactive time; or can I spin it down on command (either would
be fine).
