There is an absolutely incredible emulator on ftp.asimov.net.  It's called
ApplePC, and it emulates a II+, //e & //c.  Has both floppy AND ProDos hard
drive support (in //e mode).

It's DOS based and very fast.  I'm using it under OS/2 & can have multiple
Apples running if I wish.

The ProDos hard drive support is the best thing about it as I've got it
running almost exactly as I had my GS running when I sold it in 89.
