Thanks Bill:). I really can't take all the credit as Michael Mahon has
been mentoring me through problems i hit and pointing me in the right
direction on the laptop card.

He is continuing to help me (thank you Michael...i will continue to
fill your mailbox ;)) on the new revision of the laptop card which I
hope to have ready for the production run of the laptops. It will be
cheaper to make as a single IC is used for the poweramp stage and has
more gain than the first version...mainly due to reintroducing extra
gain at the opamp stage...i.e back to a quad amp after the Demux
rather than just using a low pass filter as in the version 1.0 laptop
board.
