Hard drives... If all you want is something small, slow and cheap, 
Alltech is selling the Focus Hardcard drives for $90 for the 20 Meg 
version and around double that for the 170 Meg (maybe 127 Meg, I forget) 
version.

SCSI cards... Charlies AppleSeeds sells Hard drives (internal and 
external) and at least 2 kinds of SCSI cards. He can also bundle the 
premier Disk Utility software for the Apple II series (ProSEL) with his 
products.

If you are absolutely made out of money, and want to just give it away, 
Quality Computers sells hard drives and SCSI cards.

Memory

I *think* Sequential Systems is about the only place left that sells 
memory cards (this is for a GS, right?). Their phone number is 
800/759-4549.

One other place you might want to check, is Tracy Cook of A+ 
Technologies. He seems to have a bunch of stuff.
