    For sure, a majority-size chunk of the world's computing smarts is
tied up in former and current Apple ][ users. As "cultures" go, this is
not a bad start.

    Will the ][ ever leapfrog the power of PC's? The gap is not so great
as some imagine. Add a 100MHz 65c832 plus 32MB of RAM and it's a whole new
ballgame!  The trick is to keep up with mainstream computing (i.e. use a
PC)  while continuing to use, enjoy, and enhance the ][ series.
