Your ZipGS isn't at fault (I've run the demo with an 8/16 model) but
rather the MegaDemo's accelerator detection scheme. Ninja Force recommends
you disable 'AppleTalk Delay' and enable 'Counter Delay' in order for it to
work, however I found _disabling_ Counter Delay worked (having it enabled on
my ROM 3 gives me the usual "Your IIgs is too slow!" message). Try toggling
Counter Delay using one of various Zip utilities out there...
If that still doesn't work, try pressing OA-CONTROL-ESC (an attempt
to access Control Panel) about a second before the error message would
appear. This confuses the demo enough where it will bypass the check, just
make sure your timing is right though!
