Help with Wasteland (yes *that* Wasteland)

OK, here's the scoop.  I finally managed to find the disk images and get
Wasteland running under the STM Apple II emulator on my Mac.  Now I'm
stuck.

I am on the deepest level of Base Cochise (the level where you run between
4 rooms setting charges before you blow the base to hell), and I don't
seem to have the right security card to get into any of the four doors. 
Now I know I completed this part of the game 8 years ago but I'll be
damned if I can remember what I did to get through.  Currently I have
secpass 1,3,7,A,B.  I assume I am missing one, if anyone can point me in
the right direction I'd be thrilled.

(Yeah, like anyone will remember an 8 year old game...arrgh!)
