Not that I know of - my user group's BBS ran with this combination for
at least a year.

There is also no compatibility problem with an Apple High-speed SCSI
card or RamFast and a ZIP.

The TransWarp GS does have a compatibility problem with the RamFast
that limits DMA compatibility (can someone else elaborate?) but it
works fine with either type of Apple card, as far as I know.
