Pascal is a disk operating system, as are DOS 3.3 and ProDOS. Generally,
one operating system does not read the disks created by a different
operating system, though some software can get around that. Also, the
Pascal files in question may not be text files, but may be in some
special format, readable only by the program which created them.

If the files are from PFS WRITE and PFS FILE, you may be partly in luck.
There is a program, called PFS.CONVERT, which will convert the files from
PASCAL to (I think) ProDOS. There are two other programs which will
convert the ProDOS PFS files to ASCII text. I have them but have not
tested them.

I expect there may still be some work in it, but that might be a start.
