Can I upgrade an apple IIsi

I have an apple IIsi and I would like to know if I can upgrade it. If
so how and to what system? I have heard that the apple IIsi is not
really upgradeable-that the only thing I can do is add a video card and
a math card. Can I upgrade to a system 7.5?
