AW5 files <-> Mac

What means are there, if any, of converting AW5 files to some native Mac
format, and preferably, the other way as well (Mac->AW5)?  I know about
Deja ][, and I will probably get that, but I have heard that performance
on my system (a 25Mhz 68030) will be somewhat dismal.  I think I have
seen some old AFE translators, but I don't think they were ever updated
past AW3.  If there is anything in System 7.5, that would be great.
(With no documentation, and no room for Apple Guide, it's hard to figure
out how most of this stuff works.)
