After some effort, and after re-verifying what others had guessed, that 
no one at Apple knows what anyone else is doing, I did find out where the 
system files have been moved to. There are Mac system updates, GS system 
files, ProDOS system disk 3.2, and some utilities. But no DOS 3.3 and no 
tech notes.

The path, /Apple.Support.Area/Apple.Software.Updates/US  will get you 
close to some of the files.

The path. /dts/utils  will get you close to some others.
