You should be able to connect two UniDisk 5.25 or Disk ][ drives to
the DuoDisk controller, with an appropriate adapator cable. I've
never seen a DuoDisk controller up close, so I can't help with the
pinouts.
You definitely cannot connect a 3.5" drive to it.
