jpeg---> ???

hej all,
	I have to do a report and I was able to get some gifs and some 
jpegs on the topic.  I would like to incorperate the graphics into the 
AWGS page layout but I have to convert the graphics to gif or SHR first 
(I have super convert 3.0.1 so gif-->shr is no problem) is ther a 
jpeg-->gif out there or a jpeg---> shr ????
	Any ideas...?  On a related note anybody know when superconvert 
4.0 will be released???
