There was some brief discussion about the idea of doing this a while
ago, but I don't recall any specific product being mentioned.

You should be able to do an interface to a PC mouse with a Super
Serial Card, but it would require custom software to access the mouse.
You might be able to replace the ROM in a SSC and end up with a close
emulation of the standard mouse firmware, but you would need a little
more hardware to do a full emulation (e.g. generating VBL interrupts).
