Hmmmm, the II+ probably has 64 kb, not 128. The memory card you see is likely
a 16 kb RAM card.

As for the IIe's, start with a self-test on each one. Boot the computer while
holding down the two Apple keys initiates the test. You might try cleaning
the edge connectors on each card, making sure all the socket mounted chips on
the mother board are seated (give each a gentle push), and make sure the
montior cabled are clean and making good contact with the computer and
monitor.
