Re: Help transferring ASCII to Apple II via Mac
Just to muddy the waters a bit more: I don't really have access to a
IIgs. The 3.5" drive I'm using is hooked up to one, but I have no GS
software and my machine at home is a IIe.
Is there a IIe program which will do this? Never mind. That won't
help (unless it's a BASIC or Monitor listing I can enter by hand)
because of the chicken-and-egg syndrome: I need a utility to solve a
problem which prevents me from putting any utilities on the //e.
How hard is it to write a simple capture utility to transfer the files
via a serial port? I haven't got one (my printer card is parallel),
but I could probably scare one up. probably not too hard. I'll have
to consider that...
