	ehh, don't knock thrift shops too quickly, you can find lots of
great stuff there for cheap.  (still kicking myself for not grabbing
that //e + drive + "Mega-RAM 80" card I saw at another shop for $3)
Even if it's marked "as is" doesn't mean it's busted, usually means they
had no idea how to test it.  (though in the case of that Atari 400 I
picked up, it really was "as is" =^)

	Anyways, the Thunderscan (which wasn't tagged, and they ended up
gouging me a whole hard earned dollar for it) looks in pretty darn good
condition except for a little lint in the velcro.  Looking at the lens
It doesn't appear it was knocked off kilter, in fact trying to nudge it
back to the right, the pc-board it's mounted to rocks a bit possibly
suggesting it's "supposed" to be pointing that way.  Eyeballing it, I'd
say it's about 5 degrees off "straight foward".

	btw, is the cover glued on?  Towards the back, it seems it can
be popped off but towards the front it gets tighter.
