You probably do not have the proper version of the multi-user update.  I
don't even remember what that is, maybe if Phil Vandry's still around he 
could comment.  The thing I recall is that there are two versions of the
MU update, and the one you need is not complete...you need to install the
older one (which you apparently already have, but I'm including this for
the benefit of others, since this is an FAQ) and then install the newer one
over the older one.

Then you'll discover that "working properly" is a relative term at best 
when applied to TMTerm 1.1, but theoretically TelCom II will show up 
sometime...
