In general, I'd concur with that statement. However, I really think that amount is just over the top for a piece of equipment with little meaning to anyone outside the microcomputing world. Certainly I wouldn't put an Apple I in the same category as, e.g. a piece of fine art or a painting. Or even, for the musicians among us, a 1958 Cherry Sunburst Gibson Les Paul guitar. FYI: these have sold for in excess of $500,000.
