Online Questions

Hello!
	Just a quicky question.  I'm logged in reading the news through 
my San Francisco State account right now, it's almost 11 pm pacfic time.  
I am noticing a little problem that seems to occur more frequently at 
night.  My screen keeps breaking up with weird characters showing up 
while I'm reading, composing a message, or just scrolling.  I have to use 
ctrl-L to refresh the screen everytime it happens.  Anyone else else ever 
have this problem?  If you have is there a solution, besides don't call 
in at night?  Thanks  for any info!
