You've got to be kidding.  How did you get the ISSI's to work??  I have
4 of the ISSI's in my Zip (with the 14Mhz 65816 non -e) which is barely
stable at 10Mhz!  I tried my Zip with 14Mhz-stable blend of cache, and
it worked reliably at 14Mhz.  My advice- stay away from ISSI.
