That looks like the old link... note that in the link you posted here,
it has a typo'd STARTTREK with two Ts in the middle. It was a typo I
made when I initially posted, but I yanked the error posts and
replaced them with correct ones within minutes :)
So just go to
http://home.iprimus.com.au/bloomer/STARTREK.zip
and you will succeed
