The City of Brotherly Love is Phila. PA.  That's where my ex-wife and my 
daughter live (both females).  My mate (as you call him) I consider him 
as my life-mate, lover and my best friend.  Neither he nor I have AIDS. 
Nor do we have HIV.  We are faithful to each other sexually, and in 
every other respect.  We have been for 19 years now.  It's highly 
unlikely that your wishes (geographically incorrect as they may be) will 
ever come true!  Please note, we both live in Brisbane , CA.  Brisbane 
is known as 'The City of the Stars'.
(And another frustrated fish bit the hook again - as they say) - My 
psychology professor did teach me well!
