As the others before me I recomend Bill's 'Hot Keys'.  It works nicely 
and lets you assign a bunch of stuff to the Fkeys.  What I don't like it 
that I have to press F14 before I can use them.  I would like to it go on 
automaticaly. 
	As for the caps lock there is a bunch of programs out there.  On 
that I use lets you set the three lights to differnet things such as a 
sound being played, caps lock, drive activity, system crash.

Caps   : I couldn't remember where I got it..so i'll post it to the 
binaries in case anybody else wants it..
