It is in the nature of science to nit-pick.  Soenke's points are valid -
if you're going to claim a Ph.D. then you'd better be ready to prove it
if you want people to believe you.  Oh, BTW, I very much enjoyed your
post, Soenke!  So much better than these stupid name calling posts!

I don't.  Spelling and grammar have about as much relation to one's
intelligence as IQ does, i.e. not much.  Intelligence is much deeper
and harder to define than something that can be measured by a single
number or in a single skill.
