I think you ought to check you facts out, either that or open your mouth
and insert your foot. There is more 16-bit code in the guts on Win 95 than
Microsoft likes to admit. Almost all of the USER and GDI system code is
16-bit. Most of the DOS and Win 3.1 emulation code is 16-bit. I would go so
far as to say most of the 16-bit code in Win 95 was grafted in from DOS and
Win 3.1 and them modified to run.
