Is your memory card 16k, or might it be larger? I had no luck with
a large ram board in slot 0. If you really have 16k, ignore the rest
of this message.

I have a II+ and have been running ProDOS up through version 2.0.3
(with a 65c02 installed). I have only been able to make things work
with a 16k board in slot 0. I tried a 1 meg ram board in slot 0 and
got relocation/configuration errors. The board is good and has been
used as a ram disk and as Appleworks memory. I think that
the problem is that ProDOS does not set or maintain the bank switching
properly. With a 16k board, there is no confusion. With the 1 meg
board, I think that ProDOS was getting written into one of the 16k
banks and then another bank was getting activated. This is only my
interpretation.

I settled on 16k in slot 0 and 1 meg in slot 7, and all has been well.
