<giggle>  But the real question is, is the VAMPS file in question really
so slammin' good that it merits all the psychotronic metababble?  :)

All I can listen to are basic sound files (au, wav, etc.) on my //e with
IISound 4.2, and the only symptom I get is a headache from the high
whine overtone... and eyestrain from having a 25 watt "microwave" bulb
in the reading lamp near my computer, but that comes regardless.  :)
