I'm back on the Internet, although there is no USENET server at our site
yet so I am forced to resort to other means like e-mail to news gateways
to access news.

Sassy Software Update:
MegaBox 2.0 is HERE! It can play SoundSmith, NoiseTracker, and MidiSynth
music. Please note, however, that I forgot to mention in the MegaBox dox that
Tool035 from your synthLAB disk is required if you want to play MidiSynth songs
and that MegaBox very rudely crashes if you don't have it. It belongs in your
*:System:Tools folder. Also, I forgot to include Tool220, which is needed to
play NoiseTracker songs. Tool220 was distributed with the game Cogito from
Brutal Deluxe and is -probably- in the NoiseTracker 1.0 archive on
stucco.caltech.edu, but I'm not sure. I don't think it's in the archives for
NTGS 1.3 and 1.4. 

Also, CoolWriter GS v2.0 is nearing completion and will be uploaded very
soon. It will have a limited mail merge/form letter facility, smart quotes,
additional text filters, a more robust interface, and many, many more features
which were absent from v1.2.
