I haven't been either, ever since I bought a copy of Microsoft's Basic
interpreter for my Z80/S100 machine, and, after contacting their tech 
support about some problems I'd run into, was told they couldn't help me
because the software "no longer exists"! (I had written them only two weeks
after purchasing the product and mailing my registration card!!!)
