ACOS/BBS

I have a problem. 

 I used to own an Apple IIgs (before I jumped ship to the pc world) and
 ran a BBS on it. I really loved that system. Anyways, I have the ability to
 reclaim an old IIgs soon and I want to know if anyone knows where I can get
 ACOS for the Apple II. It was a great language for programming a BBS.

 Also, Is it possible to connect SCSI drives to a IIgs these days? If so, what are the
 limitations on partition size, etc?
