No way. Completely different OS. A IIe or II+ or IIc or IIc+ will run
ProDOS, an 8-bit OS, character interface.
A IIgs can run ProDOS or the newer GS/OS, which is an event-driven OS with
a neat GUI, with certain similarities to the Mac. Some of the GS interface
is better than a Mac, and some is worse.
