Not quite, the 8-bit version of SoftDisk for the Apple IIe/IIc
was recently discontinued. SoftDisk GS is still around for the moment,
but as you mention above, it's disk-based only. I seem to recall SDGS
putting an emphasis on software, rather than articles, reviews and
news updates anyways.

Unfortunately, Steve Disbrow has announced publication of GS+ has
ceased as of this week. It has gone the way of Nibble, InCider/A+, A2-Central
and II-Alive, which of course QC has announced will fold after 5 more issues
(less than a year's time from now).

I've seen a sample of Shareware Solutions II, the premiere issue
from July 1993. It's well layed out, interesting, informative and contains
many interesting articles and reviews. Still, it's a newsletter and not a
magazine with the usual magazine-type gloss. In some ways this is a plus,
since all the fluff is removed and all that's left is a concentrate of the
good stuff. Now magzines _are_ nice, but they are now completely a thing of
the past as far as the Apple II world is concerned. :/
So that's it folks -- we're down to one Apple II publication that's
printed on paper: Shareware Solutions II.
