C15 is the centering pot.  Don't mess with it though because it really is
centered correctly.  You can check by routing the VOC output to your TV.
The problem is the RGB screen isn't centered correctly.  However, I've
noticed that a SNES into the VOC displays its image more centered than
what you get from TV or VCRs.

R1 controls brightness, but careful, it has some auto-cutoff if you turn
it too bright.  Most of the other pots are configured correctly so don't
bother with them.  If you do, it's at your own risk.

It's just stuff like controlling transparency of the GS image over the
overlay, if the GS image has any color in it, and some other stuff.
