Imagewriter II driver For Windows?

        Is there a Imagewriter II driver for Windows 3.1+? I've heard
that that C.Itoh drivers are compatible, but which one?
 
        Also, what cable do I use? I don't think I've heard of a Din-8 to
DB-5 or DB-9 (serial?) or parallel cable. I made a crude one before,
combining both cables before ... but is there someone who makes one
specifically?
