Appleworks 5.x won't run on a 128k IIc.  It needs at least 256k to run.  
Quality will tell you this; it's also in their ads.

There ya go!  You have to expand the memory FIRST though.  Trick is to 
find an expansion card for the IIc.

Also exports as a text file, but that won't export the formuli.  Any Mac 
program worth its salt will import an AppleWorks spreadsheet, perhaps 
using the Mac translation program.
