Imagewriter 2 driver for WIndoze?

	Is there an Imagewriter 2 driver for Windows? I checked 
Microsoft's ftp site but no luck. I remember some time back that another 
driver was similar to the Imagewriter 2 driver - the C.Itoh I think? 
Which one of these drivers will work and how should it be set up?
