I believe AudioZap 2.0 is the only one. The only way to get it was to pay 
the shareware fee for version 1.x but the author is no longer accepting 
the fees. However, I understand a new freeware/shareware version is in 
the works.

If you have access to a UNIX shell account, try the "sox" program. It 
does conversions for all kinds of sound formats.
