Apple DuoDisk to Apple IIe

I am looking for the pinouts of the cable from the Apple IIe to an Apple
DuoDisk drive (one of those that sat under the monitor with two 5 1/4"
drives in it).  I believe one end is a DB-25 standard male and the other end
is a DB-19 male (or at least it has 19 pins in it).  I have resigned myself
to the fact that the cable doesn't exist for the purchasing, so I will have
to make my own.  So if a kind soul out there who has one of these beasts can
find it in his/her heart to get me the pinouts for this monster, I would be
eternally indebted.  I might even name my first-born after you.
