Try "System II," a GUI OS and development system for the IIe and //c from 
Kitchen Sink software. Try them at (800) 235-5502 or (614) 891-2111. Of 
course, if you just want a II equivalent of the GS or Mac Finder, there's 
Apple's "MouseDesk," which was included in early versions of the GS 
system software.
