The problem very likely is not the installer disk at all but
an out-of-date version of ShrinkIt GS. The most recent version is
GSHK 1.1 Check your version #. I'll about bet you have 1.0.3 or
1.0.4. I've heard of this happening before. (I downloaded them
from the net and had no problems.
(or try ShrinkIt [8-bit version] 3.4)
