Xcmds and glamp

hej all,
	does anybody know if the xcmds for spectrum that were mentioned 
in last months issue of glamp were brought over to the Internet?  I would 
love to get my hands on the frezer one.  And while the topic is 
here...what happened to this months (jul 95) issue?
