There is a program available via FTP from ftp.cco.caltech.edu called
"AMDOS.SHK".  It contains a patch to DOS 3.3 (works with Pronto-DOS, too)
to allow it to use a 3.5" drive as two 400k volumes.  One thing that is a
little strange...the volumes on S5/D1 are listed as Drive 1 and Drive 3;
on S5/D2 they are Drive 2 and Drive 4.  Other than that, it really works
quite well.
