Apple IIGS Stuff (Can I do anything with this?)

I was wondering, I've got an old (But looking surprisingly new) Apple
11GS with color monitor, Disk drive (3.5 inch), keyboard, mouse, and
some goofy headphones and was wondering just what I can do with it. I
know of abosolutely nowhere that has software for it, and I'm an IBM
user (Pentium and all, but, for you Swear-By-Macs, I use Win95)
Where can I get software for this, are there any Dos emulators, and
could I run a modem off a dos terminal program (Or even an Apple
program)
I've got a Dallas/Fax 14.4 and a USR Dual Standard v32Terbo 21.6 modem.
Heck, it'd be cool to run an old Ascii Express BBS off it. (ANYONE?!)
If someone would reply here or email me at illumin@ix.netcom.com I'd be
grateful... Thanks.
