  Hope doesn't cut it. The Communications Decency Act was rewritten
into the language of the "Telecommunications Deregulation Act" (how's
_that_ for irony?) and was *PASSED* by the Senate.  Write, yell,
and scream at your Congressman to prevent the House from passing
this.
