"The only way to use the two cards in conjunction with each other is to 
purchase a VGA -> TV adaptor and feed that into the NTSC port on the 
Video Overlay Card. There are also video overlay adaptors that work in 
conjunction with the Feature Connector. This would replace the VOC, but 
which give you a higher quality video overlay system." SS manual, page 20
